2026-27 RRISD Council of PTAs Officer Slate Announcement

The 2026-27 RRISD Council of PTAs Nominating Committee is pleased to announce the following nominees for the upcoming term:

As per the RRISD Council PTAs Bylaws, Article VIII, Nominations and Elections, Section 2. Nominations for the Floor.  Nominee's from the floor shall be accepted at the election meeting.

A friendly reminder - only those Delegates from local PTA units whose Council dues have been paid this year, will be permitted to vote at the election.

Round Rock ISD PIE Foundation invites all Round Rock ISD PTAs to participate in the 2026 Gift Basket Contest to win CASH PRIZES for your campus! These gift baskets will be auctioned off at the 25th Annual Shining Stars Gala silent auction, our largest fundraiser of the year. The PIE Foundation will use these funds to continue our mission to directly support Round Rock ISD students, teachers, and staff in the form of scholarships, grants, school supplies, emergency supplies for students in need, and much more.

CASH PRIZES AWARDED FOR: 

• Overall Highest Score and Highest Score in each Learning Community (Community judging based on creativity and overall appearance)

• Most bids at Gala and highest bids at Gala.

• Plus, honorable mentions and other surprises!

You may use the cash prizes to help at your campus!

DEADLINE: Friday, February 6, 2026 @ 4:00 pm

*The holidays are a great time to collect items, regift, and shop!

Baskets must be DELIVERED to the Round Rock ISD PIEF office by deadline to be eligible for judging. You may also bring to January 29th Delegate Meeting.

Gather your PTA and brainstorm a creative package that our community would want to bid on at an auction! Most PTA's have a budget for this already, but if you don't, there are tips for you on how to collect items to create an amazing basket. (See link!) This is a great way to engage your PTA and raise money for our schools at the same time.
