About Council:

Council of PTAs is a volunteer-run support organization for our 55 Local PTAs in Round Rock ISD, and we run district-wide programs including Clothes Closet, district Reflections voting and awards, and family programs. We support local leaders. Reach out to an officer for assistance with a PTA matter. See the Programs tab for the fantastic programs we support in RRISD. Who are we?

Mission

RRISD Council of PTA’s mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

Purpose

The RRISD Council of PTA’s purpose is to act as a primary channel of communication with the PTA network by providing information, inspiration, support, guidance, and instruction to its member PTAs. The RRISD Council of PTAs serves to strengthen Local PTAs, develop leadership potential, promote PTA membership, and advance Texas and National PTA’s goals, programs and initiatives.

Photo/Video Release

RRISD Council of PTAs will take photos/videos of attendees/speakers throughout the RRISD Council of PTAs events. These photos are for RRISD Council of PTAs use only and may appear on the RRISD Council of PTAs website, newsletter, social media outlets, or any other RRISD Council of PTAs communication channels.

If you would like to opt out of inclusion in such photos/videos, please contact RRISD Council of PTAs VP Communications at communications@rrisdpta.org before the event begins.

If such opt-out request is not received, your participation in RRISD Council of PTAs event implies permission for the use of the images taken at those events for the purposes stated above.
