RRISD Council of PTAs invites you to participate in our Healthy Lifestyles/Health & Wellness Vendor Fair, held in conjunction with the Delegate Luncheon Meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2026. More than 150 attendees—including leaders from all 55 PTAs, campus principals, district leadership, Texas State PTA representatives, city and chamber partners, and other special guests—will be present. This fair offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your services, programs, products, and business to key community decision-makers.

The event will take place at the NEW Round Rock ISD CTE Center (9900 Spectrum Drive, Austin, TX 78717). Vendor participation is $100 plus a donated door prize. Vendors who are RRISD PTA CommYOUnity Members, fellow nonprofits, Texas PTA Programs, or RRISD departments may exhibit for FREE.

Membership levels that qualify for a complimentary booth include:
• Gold Marvelous Membership Package
• Platinum Membership Package
• Any CommYOUnity Business Partner level

Event details:
• Door prizes collected at check-in
• One 6-ft table and two chairs provided
• No electricity available; no animals permitted
• Setup: 9:30–10:30 a.m.
• Vendor Fair: 10:30–11:30 a.m.
• Delegate Luncheon Meeting: 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Optional lunch available to vendors for $10/person (payment due by 10 a.m. on January 26, 2026)
• Venue clear-out by 2 p.m.

To participate, please complete the enrollment form by Thursday, January 22, 2026. Booth cancellations made at least two days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Online payment links are available for both booth fees and vendor lunches.
